Trauma Therapy & Consulting in Phoenix, AZ

I'm Lindsay Infranco, a trauma therapist specializing in sexual violence, domestic violence, childhood abuse, and PTSD. Many of my clients believe in God and want a therapist who honors that. Many don't, and they're just as welcome. Either way, you'll find the same thing here: evidence-based care, zero judgment, and someone who believes you.

I'm looking for therapy → EMDR and attachment-focused trauma therapy for survivors with room for your faith, your doubt, or neither.
I lead a church or organization → Trauma-informed training and abuse response consulting for communities committed to protecting people.

You shouldn't have to choose.

Survivors of faith often face an impossible pick: a secular therapist who treats belief as a symptom, or a faith-based counselor who treats trauma as a spiritual problem- more prayer, more forgiveness, more silence.

I'm the third option. I'm trained in EMDR and emotionally focused therapy, grounded in trauma and attachment research, and genuinely comfortable with faith. In this room, God can be part of your healing without being prescribed as the cure and your trauma gets treated as trauma, with everything modern psychology knows about how healing actually works.

If faith isn't part of your life, none of this changes what you receive: the same evidence-based care, the same welcome. Everyone means everyone.

What I Help With

  • Sexual violence and assault: including harm that happened within a faith community

  • Domestic and relationship violence: physical, emotional, spiritual, financial

  • Childhood abuse and neglect and the adult patterns it leaves behind

  • PTSD and complex trauma

  • Religious trauma and spiritual abuse: when the wound itself came from a faith system

  • Anxiety, depression, and life transitions carried in trauma's wake

What you can count on here

  • I believe survivors. Full stop, first session, no audition required.

  • I name abuse for what it is. Power, control, and violence don't get softer words here.

  • Everyone is welcome. LGBTQIA+ clients, clients of every faith and none — affirmed, not merely tolerated.

  • Faith is honored, never imposed. Your beliefs are yours. I follow your lead.

  • The science matters. EMDR, attachment research, trauma-informed practice — care that works, not just care that soothes.

For communities committed to protecting people

Abuse thrives in silence, and silence is a system problem. I train churches and organizations in trauma-informed care, abuse response, and safeguarding — evidence-based, survivor-centered, and honest about what accountability requires.

There is no audience to perform for. It's just you.

Whatever you carry, what happened, what you believe, what you doubt, what you feel, it all belongs here. When you're ready, I'm here.
